The CDC one is probably your best bet as it's extremely comprehensive (as one would hope).

The CDC can be a bit of an intimidating source, so the PopSci article might be a little more accessible to anyone new to navigating the internet.
From what I can tell, both sites do a good job of explaining the medical complications that can come from tear gas. It's really a matter of which one you feel more comfortable using.
